I serve Barrington, Illinois and the surrounding Northwest suburbs, within about a fifteen mile radius. That includes Barrington Hills, North Barrington, South Barrington, Inverness, Lake Zurich, Long Grove, Palatine, Cary, Algonquin, Buffalo Grove, Crystal Lake, and the neighboring communities. If you’re not sure whether your address falls within the area, call and I’ll let you know.

I have both a wheelchair accessible van with a rear ramp and a private sedan, so I can accommodate a wheelchair, a walker, or a passenger who simply prefers a smoother ride. I choose the right vehicle for each family based on what feels right for your loved one.

Call or text me directly, or fill out the consultation form on this website. I confirm every reservation personally rather than through an automated system, so we can talk through pickup details, mobility needs, and timing before your ride is scheduled.
-
As much notice as you can give me. Because I only take on a small number of families at a time, availability can fill up, especially around recurring appointments and holidays. Call to check my current availability for your dates.
-
I ask for as much notice as possible if plans change, so I can make that time available to another family. Specific cancellation terms, along with rates and minimums, are provided directly when you book, so there are no surprises.
-
Yes. I track your flight and adjust pickup timing around delays, so you’re never left waiting at the curb, whether you’re headed to O’Hare, Midway, or a regional airport.
-
Yes. I personally drive every ride myself, so your parent is always cared for by someone they know, not whoever happens to be available that day. That consistency is the reason most families come to me in the first place.
-
I’m happy to wait for the full appointment rather than just dropping off and circling back, so your loved one isn’t navigating the visit and the ride home alone. I’m not a medical professional and don’t provide medical care, but I am there for the whole trip.
-
Of course. Holidays, birthdays, graduations, whatever the occasion, I’m glad to make sure your loved one gets there comfortably and on time, dressed up and ready to enjoy the day rather than worn out from the trip.
-
Rates depend on the details of your trip, so I’d rather talk it through with you directly than post a generic number. Call or request a consultation and I’ll walk you through pricing based on what you need.
-
Rideshare apps and transport networks send whoever’s available and often a different driver every time. I’m one chauffeur, and I show up personally for every single ride. It’s a relationship built over time, not a transaction.
-
I intentionally take on a limited number of families at a time so everyone gets my full attention, so availability does shift throughout the year. Call to check whether I currently have room for yours, and if not, I’m glad to talk about timing.
-
Yes. Insurance and proper licensing are things I take seriously, and I’m glad to answer any specific questions when we talk.

That’s exactly the situation I built this service for. Many of the families I work with started with a standard sedan ride and later needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle. You never have to switch providers or explain your situation to someone new, I already know your loved one and adjust as their needs do.
