Our Services

Ad Astra Mobility provides private, personally chauffeured transportation, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, to clients in Barrington, Illinois and the surrounding Northwest suburbs. Rides are booked directly by phone, text, or through the consultation form on this website, and all bookings are subject to chauffeur availability.

Booking and Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed personally, by phone or in writing, and are not final until confirmed. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes to a scheduled ride, so that time can be made available to other families. Rates, minimums, and cancellation terms are provided directly at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about pickup location, destination, and any mobility or accessibility needs so we can prepare appropriately. Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

No Medical Care Provided

Ad Astra Mobility provides transportation services only. We are not a medical transport, home health, or caregiving service, and our chauffeurs are not medical professionals. If a passenger requires medical supervision or assistance beyond transportation, please arrange for appropriate medical or caregiving support separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Astra Mobility is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or road conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Illinois law.

This website and its content, including text, photos, and branding, belong to Ad Astra Mobility and may not be copied or used without permission. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free at all times.
