How far in advance should I reserve a charter?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for medical appointments with fixed times. That said, we understand transportation needs can come up quickly — call us directly at 224-578-2301 and we'll do everything we can to accommodate shorter notice.
Is your driver trained to assist wheelchair users?
Yes. Every ride includes hands-on assistance with boarding, securing the wheelchair with restraint systems, and safe exit at your destination. We treat every passenger with the same care and patience we'd want for our own family.
